VICTORIA PARK REAL ESTATE
Victoria Park exudes the feeling of being a real neighborhood the way they existed years ago, says homeowner and Victoria Park Civic Association member Debbie Gronsbell.

Drive through this neighborhood and enjoy some of Florida’s best tropical landscape designs by award winning landscape designer, Luis Llenza.
Victoria Park has a different kind of energy. The great architecture and friendly people, who work together, make a difference in this cohesive neighborhood.
The Gronsbell’s purchased a house here that was built in 1938. The couple preserved its historic elements in different ways, as other homeowners have also done. As in many areas, there has been a great deal of updating and building.
DOWNTOWN FORT LAUDERDALE’S BEST!
Town houses have joined the scene, as well as high-end single-family residences. Homes in Victoria Park have appreciated considerably, Debbie notes.
Today homes from the 1950s, built on slabs of terrazzo floors, as well as homes that blend Mediterranean-Art Deco, and the more modern homes of today coexist comfortably. A primary and middle school are an important part of the family-styled neighborhood.
Fundraisers are held yearly. Six or eight homeowners open their homes to the public to enjoy the architecture and home decor. Neighborhood involvement included volunteers who have planted little pocket parks to enhance the landscape.
People who live here tend to want to stay and not move away, Gronsbell says. And who can blame them!
